SUMMER CAMP
Get ready for the season ahead with Caledon Athletic Academy’s High-Performance Summer Hockey Camps!
Running August 18–22 and August 25–29, these 5-day camps are designed to push athletes to the next level before the new hockey season begins. Each day includes 2 hours of focused on-ice training every morning, followed by advanced off-ice conditioning through skate treadmill sessions, dryland strength and agility training, and outdoor sports to develop well-rounded athleticism.
Athletes will start their day on the ice before taking the bus directly to Caledon Athletic Academy’s state-of-the-art training facility for the rest of their day.
Running from 9:00am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday, this camp is the perfect way for hockey players to sharpen their skills, build strength, and return to the ice in peak condition, ready to dominate the season ahead.
