Summer & off sEASON training

This summer, we’re leveling up performance with our new Triple Edge Training Program — a flexible, high-impact system designed for athletes who want to develop every part of their game.

Athletes can train across three key performance pillars:
Dryland Training (speed, strength, agility)
Shooting & Stick Handling (skill development + reps)
Skate Treadmill (stride, power, endurance & technique)

With our credit-based system, athletes can take full control of their training.

Credits are purchased directly through the app in packages of 5, 10, 15, or 20 sessions, and can be used to book any of the three training pillars — giving athletes the flexibility to train how they want, when they want.

Whether they choose to train once a week or five times a week, their schedule is completely up to them.

Unlike our regular programs, Triple Edge summer training credits will expire at the end of October, so athletes are encouraged to stay consistent and make the most of their sessions throughout the summer and early fall.

Whether the goal is to build explosiveness, sharpen skills, or improve skating efficiency, Triple Edge gives athletes the freedom to focus on what matters most — or develop all three.

Three Ways To Train. One Way To Win.

  • ATHLETIC FUNDAMENTALS (7-10 yrs)

    Designed for young athletes looking to elevate their athletic performance, Athletic FUNdamentals focuses on building the core skills needed to excel in any sport. Through dynamic drills and performance-based training, athletes will enhance their overall athleticism in a fun, supportive environment.

    Training will focus on:

    • Balance & Coordination through agility circuits and reaction-based drills

    • Speed & Acceleration with sprint mechanics and quick-foot drills

    • Strength & Power using bodyweight exercises and plyometrics

    • Mobility & Injury Prevention to improve movement patterns and flexibility

  • ATHLETIC FOUNDATIONS (11+ yrs)

    Build strength, speed, and confidence in preparation for the season ahead! Designed for young athletes ages 11 and up, this program focuses on developing proper movement patterns, coordination, and overall athleticism in a fun and supportive environment.

    Athletes will learn:

    • Fundamental Movement Skills including agility, balance, and coordination

    • Speed & Acceleration Mechanics for improved quickness

    • Core Strength & Stability to enhance performance and prevent injury

    • Bodyweight & Resistance Training to build a solid strength foundation

    • Introduction To Formal Strength Training with proper technique and safety
