OUR PROGRAM

Our Junior Elite Hockey Program is designed to support rep-level players beyond their club commitments. On the ice, we focus on power skating, puck control, and game-situation drills that reflect AAA-level intensity and precision—giving athletes the competitive edge they need to reach their hockey goals.

Off the ice, our comprehensive dryland training builds the endurance, strength, and explosiveness essential for high-performance play. Emphasizing core, leg, and upper-body development, we train athletes to move with power, control, and confidence.

What truly sets our program apart is a total player development approach. With the addition of a hockey treadmill and a dedicated mindset coach, we go beyond the physical. Through structured goal-setting and mental performance sessions, players develop confidence, sharpen focus, and learn to perform under pressure.

From technical skills to mental strategies, every aspect of our program is built for rep-level players committed to reaching their full potential.

Built Into the School Day:
One of the key advantages of our program is that athletes complete all required hockey training during school hours—eliminating the need for late evenings or extra training sessions after school. This allows students to maintain a healthy balance between sports, academics, and personal time.

High-Performance Hockey Training:

  • 4 hours per week of on-ice training with certified hockey coaches

  • 3 hours per week of off-ice training focused on strength, agility, and conditioning

  • Weekly mental performance & sports Nutrition sessions

Convenient Family Support Services:

  • Before and after school care options

  • Daily meal plans tailored to meet the nutritional needs of active student-athletes
