Roberto Orofiamma began his hockey journey playing AAA hockey in the Greater Toronto Area before progressing to Junior A and eventually continuing his career at the collegiate level with the Rochester Institute of Technology (R.I.T.). After his time at R.I.T., he returned to the sport as a coach, taking on a prominent role with the Vaughan Kings. During his tenure, he had the privilege of coaching several future NHL stars, including Mitch Marner, Travis Konecny, and Dylan Strome, among others. In addition to his work with the Vaughan Kings, Roberto served for many years as a head instructor at Pro Hockey Development Group, where he helped develop countless young athletes. He also coached multiple elite teams, including the 1997 Pro Hockey Brick team, which featured a number of players who would later advance to the NHL. Throughout his coaching career, Roberto Orofiamma has played a key role in the development of numerous players who have gone on to careers in professional, major junior, or collegiate hockey.  He continues to coach AAA hockey with the Toronto Marlbors and the North York Rangers.  Beyond the rink he has 10 years teaching elementary school and continues to lead and inspire young people in his current role as an elementary school principal. 

Marc Anthony is a highly experienced hockey coach with over 15 years of dedicated training and coaching in the sport. Renowned for his intensity, motivation, and passion for player development, he has successfully guided numerous representative hockey teams across all levels. His coaching philosophy focuses on fostering discipline, skill development, and a winning mindset, empowering young athletes to achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

In addition to his expertise in hockey, Marc Anthony is a certified Canfit Pro personal trainer, allowing him to enhance players’ strength, conditioning, and overall athletic performance. His well-rounded approach ensures athletes are physically and mentally prepared to excel both on and off the ice.

Lisa holds a Master’s of Exercise Sciences with a concentration in Sports Nutrition, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a personal training certification with the National Strength & Conditioning Association.  Her expertise is in crafting customized nutrition plans that enhance performance and improve recreational and competitive athletes’ health, energy levels and recovery time. Lisa’s approach is flexible, mindful and client centric. She offers a wide range of nutrition services and personal training, inclusive of customized nutrition and training plans.

Daniel began his hockey journey playing AAA with the Toronto Marlboros for 7 years. At 16, he was drafted to the Windsor Spitfires, where he made the team in his 1st year. During his 5 years with the Spitfires, he attended NHL camps with the New Jersey Devils and St. Louis Blues. His career continued in the ECHL, where he played professional hockey before stepping away due to an injury.

Daniel is excited to bring his knowledge and passion for the game to young athletes. He is dedicated to helping players develop a deeper understanding of hockey, improve their skills, and take their game to the next level. Watching young athletes succeed is what drives him, and he’s committed to guiding them both on and off the ice.

Hayley is a mental performance coach with a rich background in sports and academics. A former collegiate softball player, she discovered her passion for understanding the cognitive aspects of performance during her five years as a college athlete. Hayley holds a Master of Science in Human Performance & Wellness with a focus on Exercise, and Performance Psychology, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Social Service Work and a Social Work Diploma. This unique blend of expertise informs her holistic approach to coaching, helping athletes overcome mental barriers and excel. Hayley offers 1:1 coaching and team workshops, covering topics like team cohesion, confidence building, and failure recovery.
